Given the fact that every school is likely to have its own particular requirements, we have intentionally provided this resource in Word format, so you can make amendments to this content as required.

Note for CompliSpace Schools | We recommend that in addition to providing a copy of the Working from Home Checklist to all staff in hard copy, you use CompliSpace Assurance to automate the delivery of the Working from Home Checklist to all staff.  This will provide you with a complete set of data with respect to:

  • who has and has not completed the Checklist
  • who has indicated in their Checklists that they require additional support

Automating the Checklist on Assurance allows for better and dynamic reporting which will allow you to quickly identify any staff who have not completed the Checklist and attend to any identified issues that your staff are having in working from home.

The Guide has been developed for school teachers and other school staff that find themselves working from home due to school closures arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Guide specifically addresses issues relating to personal safety, health and wellbeing, as well as privacy and confidentiality. It does not address teaching, working or communication methods.
